I generally don't share my recipes but there was no listing for this and was hoping someone might be able to use it. Can be used on pretzels, with pot roast out anywhere salt is called for. If you want flavor without the heat, this is for you. The ghost pepper had a smoky flavor i love. Try the Scorpion pepper as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients

20 mins
  1. Flavored salt
  2. 1coarse kosher salt
  3. 1any good flavored peppers (fresh). i use the Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper)

  1. 1

    Using window screen,.lay out salt on even layer.

  2. 2

    Slice peppers long way and lay over salt for several hours. Until dry (peppers).

  3. 3

    The salt acts as a desiccant and only absorbs the flavor and not the heat.
