Take one glass of tur dal

Wash and add two glasses of water, pinch of turmeric, and half a spoon of ground nut oil.

Cook in a pressure cooker till one whistle, simmer the gas and cook for ten more minutes.

Fry finely chopped mango pieces in WOK till they are tender.

Add water and boil

Add little jaggery, curry leaves, salt and chilli powder and allow it to boil

Add cooked dal and allow it to boil and put off the flame

Now the tadka... Heat the ground nut oil, add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, hing, turmeric and add to dal
