Preheat the oven 375 degree f.

Swill roll pan grease with the brush the base and sides of the pan with melted butter and dust with flour.

In large bowl whisk the egg and sugar together, add water, vanilla extract.

Add flour into the egg mixture, pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven about 15 mins.

Carefully remove tin, when the cake is cool spread jam or whipped cream.

Fill up the swiss roll away from you, then Transfer to plate cut roll dust icing sugar and strawberry syrup serve.
