Ingredients

15-20min
3-4 servings
  • 4-5Spring Roll Sheets
  • 200 gmNoodles
  • 2onion
  • 2capsicum
  • 1carrot
  • 1/2 cupcabbage
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 5-6 spoonmayonnaise
  • 3-4 tspketchup
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

15-20min
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add all veggies and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add soya sauce, black pepper, vinegar mix well. Add boiled noodles and toss it.

  3. 3

    Take a spring roll sheet spread mayonnaise and tomato sauce fill with noodles. And fold it.

  4. 4

    Grease oil on Tawa and shallow fry from both sides till golden in colour.

  5. 5

    Serve with as your Choice sauce /chutney.
