Vertical slits in the potatoes..

Arrange potatoes to the baking dish.

Combine the melted butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic mix well.

Then brush potato with this mixture.

Sprinkle salt or black pepper again microwave for 7-8 minutes.

Take potatoes out of the microwave brush them again and sprinkle parmesan, coriander.

Return to the microwave for 2 minutes serve hot.
