Steps
- 1
Melt nut butter and honey together over very low heat until runny
- 2
Stir in vanilla, granola, and protein. Keep stirring until it's no longer dry, adding a few drops of water at a time if necessary.
- 3
Add mix-ins. This recipe will take between 1/2-1 cup depending on what you add before it falls apart.
- 4
Press into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate a few hours until set. Cut into 16 bars.
- 5
My favorite combination so far: 1/2 Jif Natural Creamy PB and 1/2 MaraNatha Creamy Almond Butter, Bare Naked Protein granola, Intek Evolution vanilla isolate, and 1/2c sliced almonds. It packs cal: 308, fat: 15g, carbs: 32g, protein: 17g. Nutritional values will vary depending on your choice of ingredients.
