    preheat oven 350.(takes.4hrs)

    add ur dry rub on both roasts

  3. 3

    add to oven ( most.carnitas.are.deep fried.but.this.isnt)

  4. 4

    4hrs.later.take.out

  5. 5

    shread it

  6. 6

    warm tortiallas serve with.cilantro, lime,onion,radish.
