bring milk to boil put in cocoa powder. castor sugar . cook for two mins. now take it off the stove .

grate the cooking chocolate and add it in it. add condensed milk and cream. mix well .

now beat the gelatin and water . and mix it in the chocolate mixture.

pour the mixture in a mould. it should be ~ 1 cm thick. let it set.

once it is firm . use a cookie cutter to cut out hearts or any other shape. and put it in top of muffins icecream cookies etc.
