Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 220 °C
- 2
In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients together, make sure to seperate the yeast in to salt. Mix 4 min slow and 6 min fast. Add water or milk if needed.
- 3
When the dough is ready transfer it to a floured surface and let it rest for 5 to 10 min.
- 4
Then cut lengthwise about 3 inch thick and let it rest again for 10 to 15 mins. Cover it with plastic or bowl.
- 5
Then punch the dough making it flat and make it long by stretching then fold into half then roll it using fingers and palm together and form a long baston.
- 6
Then roll it to bread crumbs and cover and then cut into 1.5 inch thick using a dough cutter and place it into a baking tray, make sure there's shortening or margarine on your baking tray so that we will be able to remove the bread easily. Rest from 45 min to 1 hour covering it with plastic
- 7
Then bake into the preheated oven, 10 to 15 min
