Dry roast the dry coconut powder in a non stick pan and keep aside

Soak the tamarind and gud in hot water and keep aside. After half an hour squeeze it and boil it til it bcomes a thick paste

Wash and cut the bitter gourds into small thin rounds

Stir fry the bitter gourds with 1 tsp ghee in a non stick pan

Let the bitter gourds bcom brown. Add salt and dry spices and toss dem well
- 6
Now simmer the gas and add half quantity of the tamarind paste and half quantity of the roasted coconut powder and mix well
- 7
Now cut rounds from the sliced breads and apply the tamarind paste on the bread and arrange 3-4 pieces of bitter gourds and sprinkle roasted coconut powder on it
