Cut potol into half pieces and put some salt & sugar on it and leave it for 2 mins

Now deep fry the potol & keep aside

Take a bowl & make a mixture of mustard seed paste, poppy seed paste, curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt & sugar

In a pan put some oil & put a pinch of nygella seed in it

Now put the mixture in it and stir it for sometime

Now put the potol in the pan along with some water & cook it for sometime

Put 1 tsp of oil in it & it's ready to serve.
