Steps

Add oil & beef to 2 qt. saucepan. Brown just enough till it's no longer pink.

Stir in soy sauce, salt, pepper, brown sugar, & vinegar.

Cover, simmer for 30 minutes.

Blend corn starch & pineapple juice in bowl. Add to beef.
- 5
Add pineapple, green pepper, & tomatoes to beef.

Cover, simmer for additional 30 minutes or until meat is fork tender.

Let stand for 5 minutes.
- 8
Serve over noodles or rice.
