  3. 8Dried cranberry pieces
  4. 3 tbspCranberry juice
  5. 2 tspFat free mayo
  6. 1Low carb tortilla taco shell

    Cut chicken into small cubes.

    Cook chicken in boiling water until no longer pink.

    Drain water and add remaining ingredients to chicken.
