  • 8Dried cranberry pieces
  • 3 tbspCranberry juice
  • 2 tspFat free mayo
  • 1Low carb tortilla taco shell

    Cut chicken into small cubes.

    Cook chicken in boiling water until no longer pink.

    Drain water and add remaining ingredients to chicken.

    Add 2 tablespoons of mix to tortilla.
