Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupCaster Sugar
  2. 1/2 dozenRoom Temperature Eggs
  3. 2 tspCorn Starch
  4. 250 mlCream
  5. 3 largePassionfruit
  6. 1 dozenStrawberries
  7. 2 largeKiwi fruit

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 80-90°C.

    Crack the room temperature eggs and splits yokes from egg whites.

  3. 3

    Wisk egg whites in a kitchen aid for 1min or hand beater for 3. Symply untill they are think and glosy.

    Add sugar in 1/6ths. Over 5 Mins.

  5. 5

    Put to full power and wisk together over 10-15 more mins.

    Add corn starch to mixture and wisk for one more minute.

  7. 7

    Remove and shape on an oven tray then place in oven for 2hrs.

  8. 8

    Turn oven off after to hours and leave the door ajar for 2-4hrs. CAUTION: if u remove it to early it with crack and break!

    Remove, wip cream and add toppings.
