
Tasty egg and tomato with cheese sauce (not for freezing)

put egg in a small saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil
- 2
boil until white and yoke are solid (about 10 min)
- 3
melt the butter in a small saucepan, stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until mushy (2 mins)
- 4
remove fro heat and stir in the cheese
- 5
remove egg from shell and mash with fork
- 6
mix with tomato and cheese
