Ingredients

  • 2 tbsppasta stars
  • 2 tbspunsalted butter
  • 1/2 smallgarlic clove
  • 1 1/2 cupbutton mushroom
  • 3tomato
  • 1/4 cupgrated Cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    cook the pasta

  2. 2

    melt the butter in saucepan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds add mushroom and sauté for 3 mins

  3. 3

    add tomato and cook covered until mushy (3-4 minutes)

  4. 4

    stir in cheese until melted

  5. 5

    puree vegetables and cheese mixture and stir in cooked pasta
