Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix water, brown onion soup, chutney and mayonaise together.

Cut the potatoes into smallish pieces and place into casserole dish with the sauce and chicken piece.

Cover casseeole with tin foil, shinny side on the inside.
- 4
Cook for 1hr and15min, remove the tin foil for the last 15min.
