Brown seasoned ground beef. Drain grease. Add celery, onions, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add pasta sauce. Cook on medium until sauce bubbles. Reduce to lowest setting and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Put lasagna noodles in the pot. Slow cookers have round bottoms, so you will have to break the edges of the noodles to fit inside the pot. Your pieces will not and do not have to line the whole pot. Adding multiple layers is what creates a seal.

Layer as such: Lasagna Noodles, Meat mixture, Lasagna Noodles, and Cheese Noodles. Repeat layer at least 2 times with cheese layer on top.

Cook on high for 1 hour to 1and a half hours. You will know it is done when the Cheese Mixture on top becomes a gooey blend and the lasagna noodles (visible on the edges) become soft.
