Whenever I have a busy day the next day, I like to cook extra for tmrw night's dinner. Tmrw, I'll be having the same thing, but as a beef salad!

Whenever I have a busy day the next day, I like to cook extra for tmrw night's dinner. Tmrw, I'll be having the same thing, but as a beef salad!

Preheat your pan fry in medium heat. Once ready, add olive oil, garlic and onions. Let it sit until the onions turn golden brown.

Add in red and green peppers. Once they are cooked half way, add half a spoonful of margarine.

Then add mushrooms and tomatoes. Pepper to taste. Then a squeeze in a tiny bit of ketchup, and a dash of crushed chili peppers.

In a plate, mix your seasoning ingredients together.

Place your beef on the seasoning. Each side should be seasoned.

Heat up your another frying pan in medium heat and add olive oil. Throw in your choice of beef or chicken. Cook each side for about 3-5 mins.

Put aside your meat once done cooking.

Add panini/ burger bread on the same frying pan that was used to cook meat, and is still heated!

Assemble your burger together and dig in!

Voila! Dig in!!
