Preheat oven to 350.

In medium pan bring to boil oil, water, cocoa. Remove from heat.

Add nd mix in flour, sugar.

In separate bowl beat eggs, baking soda, sour cream.

Then dd to cake mix using a whisk.

Grease pan 12x16x1. Bake at 350 about 8 to 10 minutes.

Frost cake as soon it comes out of oven.
