Ingredients

  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 5 tbspcocoa
  • 2 cupflour
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbspbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • Frosting
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 5 tbspcocoa
  • 10 tbspMilk or 1 to 2 T more
  • 1 boxconf. sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    In medium pan bring to boil oil, water, cocoa. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Add nd mix in flour, sugar.

  4. 4

    In separate bowl beat eggs, baking soda, sour cream.

  5. 5

    Then dd to cake mix using a whisk.

  6. 6

    Grease pan 12x16x1. Bake at 350 about 8 to 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Frost cake as soon it comes out of oven.
