8 ozahi tuna steaks
4 smallwhite corn tortillas
2 tbspfat free sour cream
1/2 cupdiced broccoli
1/2 cupdiced cabbage
1 tbspcayenne pepper
1/2 tbspblack pepper
1 tbspcrushed red pepper flakes

Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix

Cover tuna steaks in rub.

Heat skillet on high and add tuna. Sear on each side for 1 to 2 minutes each side

Build tacos and enjoy
