Ingredients

  1. 1 largetomato
  2. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  3. 1feta cheese
  4. 1 tspolive oil
  5. 1 1/2 cupgarden herb triscits (crushed)

    1. Start by cutting tomatoes(s) in 1/2 inch slices

  2. 2

    2. Lay out tomatoes on a lightly greased cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Put triscits in a sandwich bag and crush thoroughly, when done pour triscuit crumbs into a bowl and add 1teaspoon of crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

  4. 4

    Once mixture is well blended spoon the cust over the tomatoes evenly and to your liking and finish with feta cheese :)

  5. 5

    Place tomatoes in a hot oven preheated to 400° for 10 minutes..WILL BE HOT! enjoy!!
