4 servings

2 cans (5 oz)tuna chunk in water drained and flaked
1/3 cupmayonnaise
1/3 cupcelery, diced
1/4 cuponion, chopped
to tastesalt
to tasteground black pepper
4 eachciabatta rolls
8 oz.cheese, pasturized ( i use valvevetta) sliced

Mix first six ingredient together in a mixing bowl.

Toast ciabatta rolls, top with tuna mixture and finish with pastureized cheese slices

Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with chips or french fries.
