Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cans (5 oz)tuna chunk in water drained and flaked
  2. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  3. 1/3 cupcelery, diced
  4. 1/4 cuponion, chopped
  5. to tastesalt
  6. to tasteground black pepper
  7. 4 eachciabatta rolls
  8. 8 oz.cheese, pasturized ( i use valvevetta) sliced

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Mix first six ingredient together in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Toast ciabatta rolls, top with tuna mixture and finish with pastureized cheese slices

  3. 3

    Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  4. 4

    Serve with chips or french fries.
