  1. 2 lbpork loin
  2. 1 envelopedried ranch seasoning
  3. 1 cupbuffalo sauce
  4. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  5. 2 tsponion powder
  6. 2 tspdried minced onions
  7. 2 tspdried oregano
  8. 1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  9. 1vegetable oil; as needed

  1. 1

    Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat. Season with dried spices. Roast at 300° for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Pour 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce over pork loin during last 5 minutes of cooking. Use remaining sauce for serving.

    Variations; Coconut milk, onions, shallots, celery seed, applewood seasoning, bacon, basil, cilantro, ginger, lime, scallions, celery salt, paprika, smoked paprika, worchestershire, peanut oil
