Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgravy
  2. 4 cupcold mashed potatoes
  3. 3 ozcream cheese, softened
  4. 3/4 cupparmesan cheese, grated
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  7. 1 cupflour
  8. 2eggs, whisked
  9. 1 cuppanko
  10. 2 quartvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour gravy into Ice cube tray,and place in freezer, un-mold gravy cubes and cut into 4 pieces

  2. 2

    In large bowl mix potatoes, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Place eggs, flour, and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls. Wrap 2 tablespoons of potatoes around 1 gravy cube. Dredge in flour, shake off excess, dip into eggs, and coat in panko, repeat with remaining bombs

  4. 4

    Heat oil to 375°f, fry bombs a few at a time for 3-4 minutes out until golden brown, drain and serve warm
