Divide the melted white chocolate into two containers and dye one red. Spoon the chocolate into an ice cube tray, making half red and half white. Place the mold in the freezer to harden.

Pour the hot cream on the white chocolate and mix. Place the bowl on top of a bowl filled with ice water and mix until it thickens. Add the peppermint extract and candy canes and keep mixing.

Pour the peppermint-enhanced melted chocolate on top of the hardened candies. Return the chocolates to the freezer for the chocolate to fully harden.

Unmold the chocolates and using a toothpick, draw ribbons and bows on the chocolates with the last of the melted chocolate. Return to the freezer for a final 10 minutes and enjoy.
