Spring or green onions have a combination of the benefits of onions and greens. They are an excellent sauce of vitamin Ke and vitamin C, and a very good sauce of vitamin A also. It is a rich sauce of vitamins and minerals which aids in curing the various ailments.

Spring or green onions have a combination of the benefits of onions and greens. They are an excellent sauce of vitamin Ke and vitamin C, and a very good sauce of vitamin A also. It is a rich sauce of vitamins and minerals which aids in curing the various ailments.
Steps

In a pressur cooker put all the ingredients.(except green chilli, chopped garlic, mustard seeds and mustard oil)

Place 1/2 cup of water in cooker.

Cover with the lid and cook for one whistle, let it cool.

Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.

Then put green chilli and garlic. When the garlic turns brown add the mixed spring onion from pressure cooker.

Lncrease the flame and dry the excess water

Spring onion subzi is ready. Serve hot with Roti or Rice.
