Ingredients

3 to 4 servings
  1. 100 gmspring onion washed and finely chopped
  2. 1bowl cut potato,pumpkin cut into small pieces
  3. 1 handfulfried and soaked moong Dal
  4. 1medium tomato chopped
  5. 2chopped green chilli
  6. 5 podsgarlic chopped
  7. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tbspmustard oil
  9. Salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressur cooker put all the ingredients.(except green chilli, chopped garlic, mustard seeds and mustard oil)

    Place 1/2 cup of water in cooker.

  3. 3

    Cover with the lid and cook for one whistle, let it cool.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.

  5. 5

    Then put green chilli and garlic. When the garlic turns brown add the mixed spring onion from pressure cooker.

    Lncrease the flame and dry the excess water

    Spring onion subzi is ready. Serve hot with Roti or Rice.
