Ingredients

4potatoes cut in small pieces
4 tspDahi
Oil for fry
1finely chopped onion
to tasteSalt
to taste red chilli powder
1/2 tspHaldi powder

Steps

Cut potato and wash potato.

Heat oil in kadhai deep fry all potato.
3

Add 1 tsp oil in a pan add tomato, cook and then add fried potato or salt and red chilli powder.

Mix curd with potato and cook 1 minute.

Dahi wale Aalu serve with roti.
