Ingredients

  1. 200 gpuff pastry
  2. 8sausages
  3. Virgin oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread your puff pastry in a thick of 3mm

  2. 2

    Cut squares of 3cm by 3cm

  3. 3

    Fold the sausages either when it's full or when cutted in half

  4. 4

    Grease the pan and place your sausage rolls

  5. 5

    Sprinkle your sausage rolls with virgin oil

  6. 6

    Bake in an oven of 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until they brown

  7. 7

    You can serve them now
