Coconut Bhurji
Bhurji with a twist
Steps

Heat some oil in a pan. Add 2 chopped onions and saute it till become pinkish or brown.. Than add 3 tomatoes puree.

Grate coconut(1 cup) and add salt in it and keep for 5-10 minutes to reduce the sweetness.

Add grren chilli to the greavy. Add red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric, kitchen king in it

Add grated coconut in it and mix well. Add 1 spoon of cream in it.

Saute it for 5 min. Then add 1/2 cup of water. And cook it on medium flame untill water dissolved.

Serve with lachha paratha or roti.
