Firstly in which container you want to make pudding make caramel. Heat a container on medium flame add 1 cup sugar & keep stirring until the sugar melts. When it melts it turns golden brown, turn off the gas. & Cool it down.

Meanwhile in a large mixing bowl add eggs & remaining sugar beat it nicely.

Then add milk & beat it until the mixture becomes soft & fluppy. Then add few copped dry fruits and saffron strands & mix well.

Then add this mixture into the caramel container & cover with the aluminium foil and it's lid.

In a big pan pour some water & keep the pudding container on a stand & cook for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes check the pudding with knife if it comes clear that means pudding is done.

When it cooled down completely then refrigerate it for two hrs.

When you want to serve, run a knife around the edges of the pudding & unmould it in a serving plate.

Now cut it into slices & enjoy the chilled caramel Pudding.
