Soak the dal.

Add ginger, green chilli and 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook.

For 2 to 3 whistle till dal cooked.

Drain out and discard any excess water.

Blend the coarse paste of spinach, green peas and dal.

Add paneer and all ingredients and mix make tikkies.
- 7
Dip each kebab into flour water paste and roll in the bread crumbs.

Deep fry them till golden brown.
