Clean kamal kakadis very well.Boil them in cooker for two whistles. When they get cool roast them directly on gas heat for 2 minutes then grate.

Chop parsley leaves. Chop onion.Grate ginger also.

Boil and grind sprouts.

Add mashed potato into grated kamal kakdi.Add chopped parsley,onion, chaat masala,nutmeg powder,garam masalapowder, turmeric powder,ginger,green chilli, lemon juice,salt and ground sprouts.Mix well with hands.

Moisten your hands with oil, divide the mixture into equal parts and make balls.Flatten and smear them in Cornflour.

Heat oil in kadhai and fry kebabs on medium heat till golden brown. Fry them carefully, two or three at a time.

Take them out on a napkin so that extra oil is absorbed.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
