Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 1.5 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1 cupbutter
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180•C

  2. 2

    Sift flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    Beat butter and sugar until fluffy

  4. 4

    Add eggs one at a time

  5. 5

    Add vanilla extract and mix

  6. 6

    Fold in flour alternating with milk

  7. 7

    Pour in your greased baking tin and bake for about 20-30mins
