This Orange Curd Rice is Citrus,mild and refreshing.
Steps

Add cooked Rice,1/4 cup Sugar to Milk, and boil till it thickens, mash and let it come to room temperature.

Mix Corn starch,1/4 cup Sugar to Orange juice and heat. Keep stirring until it turns translucent and thoroughly cooked. Let it cool down.

Peel the Orange segments, deseed and chop to bite sized pieces.

In a bowl, fold in the Castor Sugar with the hung Curd gently.Mix the mashed Rice from Step1, cooked Orange starch from Step2, Orange Segments, Orange zest, 2 tbsp of Marmalade and mix thoroughly.

Refrigerate few hours and serve chilled with chunks of Marmalade.
