  • 12sausages
  • Cooking oil for deep frying
  • Pinchsalt
  • Breadcrumbs

    Put the eggs into the boiling pan

  2. 2

    Add pinch of salt to avoid breaking while boiling

  3. 3

    Peel/unshell off the outer coat of the sausages one by one

  4. 4

    Mash the sausages together then cover the eggs on by one

  5. 5

    Dip in the eggs the breadcrumbs and dip fry till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve
