Taka a bowl add besan,rice flour,and all dry masala mix well

Then add oil and rub your hands.

Then mix water and make a smooth batter take rest for 30 minutes.

Take a nonstick pan apply oil heat.

Bread slices cut in any shapes.

Bread slice dip in besan batter and fry in both sides crispy.

Crispy bread slices r ready to eat.

Serve with tamarind sause and tomato ketchup.
