  1. 2 leg piecesChicken
  2. 1/2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 teaspoonChilli powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala
  8. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric
  9. 1/4 bunchcoriander leaves, chopped
  10. 1Onion
  11. 2Green chillies
  12. 1 sprigCurry leaves
  13. 1-2Cloves
  14. 2 podsCardamom
  15. 1Bay leave
  16. 4-5Cashews

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash chicken and apply ginger garlic paste chilli powder turmeric salt coriander and cumin powder

    Boil the chicken

    Then in a pan 2 cardamom and 2 cloves slit green chillies, chopped onions, cashew

  4. 4

    Once onions are golden brown add ginger garlic paste fry till smell is gone

  5. 5

    Add the boiled chicken and roast it till charred

  6. 6

    Add garam masala freshly chopped coriander and switch off stove..serve
