Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 100 gmflour
  2. Salt
  3. Red chilli powder
  4. Turmeric
  5. Oregano
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  7. 250 gmBoneless chicken
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, salt, red chilli powder and oregano.

    Cut boneless chicken into medium sized pieces.

  3. 3

    In a bowl add chicken, ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.

    In a bowl add eggs and beat it.

  5. 5

    In a plate spread breadcrumbs.

  6. 6

    Roll chicken first in flour, then dip it in egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.

  7. 7

    Keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

    Deep fry.
