Cottage Cheese Stuffed Bitter Gourd (Side dish)

First wash the bitter gourd (karela) and dry with kitchen towel, then slit and sprinkle turmeric powder and salt and red chilli powder keep aside for 15 minutes.

Shallow fry the bitter gourd (karela) on medium heat. Drain on the kitchen tissue.

Take a nonstick pan add 1 tsp oil add cumin & fennel seeds fry few second add onion saute for a minute add tomato and peas stir well.

Now add all the spices, salt and crumbled cheese stir well cook for 5-6 minutes heat off.

Fill the stuffing in the bitter gourd with the spoon.

And serve as a side dish.
