Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. Tumeric
  3. Garam masala
  4. 1large onion
  5. Dessicated coconut
  6. 1 cuppeas
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Salt
  9. 4 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan cook the onions till golden fry.

  2. 2

    Add in salt, tumeric, garam masala, coconut and peas

  3. 3

    Add rice and stir then add water, stir and cover

  4. 4

    When the water starts bubbling turn to low heat.
