1/2 cupbutter
1/2 cupflour
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspwhite pepper
4 cupsmilk
2 cupsshredded cheese
6baked potatoes

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.Stir in flour,salt and pepper until smooth. Then add milk

Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 minutes.Reduce heat and add the cheese.Cook and stir until cheese is melted

Serve 1-1/2 cups of cheese sauce with baked potatoes
