  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the brinjal slices well adding salt, turmeric powder and sugar

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan heat up

  3. 3

    Add the brinjal slices and cover keeping the heat low

  4. 4

    Uncover the brinjal and fry

  5. 5

    Serve it with plain rice and daal
