Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  • 3Bread slices (trim the edges)
  • 1/2Cucumber diced
  • 1Tomato diced
  • 1Carrot grated
  • 1Onion diced
  • Roasted bell peppers(Optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Black pepper,
  • Basil leave or any herbs,
  • Cayenne peppet or chilli powder,
  • chopped dill (optional) & little
  • 1/4 teaspoonGarlic paste
  • 2 tablespoonGrated cheese
  • 1/2 cupHung Curd

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Make thin slices of bread with a rolling pin.

  2. 2

    Chop the Salads...take 1/2 cup hung low fat curd, all spices and mix till smooth.

  3. 3

    Apply this spread on bread. Arrange salad & roll tightly.

  4. 4

    Cut them in pieces & serve with ketchup.
