Add 100 ml cold water to the rice flour to form a paste.

Heat the milk, add sugar to it, and boil the milk for 5 minutes.

Remove from the flame, add essence, pour into individual dishes, and sprinkle chopped pista and crushed cardamom. Decorate with kesher.

Serve hot or cold
