Rice and mango firni

Steps

Soak rice in water for half an hour

Drain water and grind rice in mixer

Boil milk in a pan and add rice paste in it cook on low flame

Stir occasionaly milk becomes thick

Add sugar and stir continuously add elaichi powder

Off the flame and let it cool completly keep in refrigrator serve chilled

For mango firni add 1/2 cup mango pulp in ready firni and cook for 3-4 mins

Mango firni is ready

Garnish with chopped dry fruits when served
