Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a pot.

Add quinoa and return to boil, cover and cook over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until quinoa has absorbed all the water

Remove from heat, spray a dash of all purpose spice and black pepper and fluff, cover and let it cool off; I love my quinoa crunchy
