First take a bowl and mash khoya properly.

Then mix khoya with refined flour and baking powder

You have to mix it..... with ur rist minimum 15 minutes. Thn

Then take dough make a round with ur palm.

And fry it.

Then take a bowl add sugar and water heat it.. till comes one string.

Then soak gulab Jamun minimum 1/2" hour in sugar syrup.
