Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper
  • Hot sauce
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1/4 cupbaked beans warm

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the egg and hot sauce together

  2. 2

    In a pan on low-medium heat add half the butter or magarine melt and coat the pan

  3. 3

    Once hot and bubbly pour in egg and cover for exactly 1min

  4. 4

    Once firm pour baked beans in the middle of the egg fold over, take remaining butter and smear around the egg

  5. 5

    Steam for 1min and serve garnished with some hot sauce
