Steps

Take a chana wash and soaked at overnight then add salt and boil for 20 minutes.

Take a wok add oil then oil heat addgarlic saute then add onion paste saute for till golden brown then add all dry spices,ginger and tomato puree mix well.

Then add boiled chana and mix saute for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes then add chana released water and cook for 5 minutes.

After cooked add kasuri methi and green coriander.

Chana curry is ready.
